Vision:
To create a platform for vulnerable minorities within society to realize their potential and overcome circumstances that are beyond their own doing.
Mission:
We aim to build the capacity of vulnerable women and youth to be able to stand on their own by establishing working relationships with donors and funding agencies to fund various initiatives to aide these vulnerable groups.
Purpose: To openly have difficult conversations about cancer and to create a platform for people to learn how to get treatment, how to prevent cancer and the challenges we face in the healthcare system.
Highlights:
(How does this activity contribute to Sexual Reproductive Health Rights? What are the themes?). The theme was gynaecological cancer awareness. By learning the effects of these cancers we better understand how to take care of our reproductive system, it opens up difficult conversations about reproductive health.

On the 17th of September 2022 Qhama Foundation in Partnership with Sisonke and the department of health: KZN held an outreach program in Kwadukuza where we brought mobile clinic services. Some of the services offered were testing of communicable and non communicable diseases, pap smears, pregnancy testing, family planning, HTS, initiation of treatment, provision of condoms and IEC materials, testing for TB and psychological help. The community came out in numbers to attend, we held group discussions so we could discuss what issues affect the community and help come up with possible solutions. There were presentations from representatives of the Civil Society, Sisonke, KwaDukuza Municipality, Coach Impilo and Qhama Foundation. We ended the event by providing refreshments and handing out dignity packs
